The Candidatemaster Committee is responsible for facilitating the entire candidate process, acting as the liaison between candidates, leaders, and the rest of the organization.
Other Responsibilities:
Work with Marketing Committee to pitch and recruit for BAP
Maintain situational awareness over the entire candidate class and process
Take attendance at all professional events to track and pace candidate progress
Coordinate with E-Board to ensure policies are correctly implemented and preserve the purity of the BAP mission
Collaborate with and/or support various committees (i.e. Social, Mentoring, Special) in organizing candidate events
Plan and execute candidate events (i.e. Candidate Lockdown)
Initiate and support new creative events for candidates
