The Speaker Events Committee is in charge of facilitating all speaker events throughout the year as well as other miscellaneous events.
Responsibilities include:
• Ordering food and drinks for each event
• Coordinating food variety from current caterers (Pizza Mercato, Subway, McDonald's, Vanessa's Dumpling House, Grand Sichuan, Spice, Cozy's) as well as initiating new contacts - as much variety as possible
• Setting up food and ensuring sufficient utensils, napkins, plate, cups
• Cleaning up food and throwing away all the trash after each event
• Managing and coordinating event budget with Treasurer
