TUTORS: Creating an Account- Create an account or login through the links provided in the tutor page. When completed, you will be sent to your portal page which will display your current availability time and appointments with students. NOTE: All emails from the site will be sent to your stern web account. Adding Sessions to Schedule- To add available tutoring sessions, go to EDIT TUTORING SCHEDULE and select the class, day and time by marking the check boxes (You can do multiple dates). Then select the "Update Availability" button at the bottom of the page. Your new schedule should now be displayed on your portal page. If you wish to remove a tutoring time, simply go back and uncheck your scheduled times and select the "Update Availability" button. If done correctly, your portal page should no longer display that time schedule. After you have made your selection, students will now be able to reserve tutoring services under your schedule. If a student does schedule an appointment with you, you will receive an email with his/her contact information. Please take initiative in contacting the student, no follow up will be made. Updating Schedule after Sessions- Once you have completed a tutoring session, you can re-schedule yourself again by updating your availability. Your schedule will be reposted on the student site and your tutoring schedule on your portal will now be clear. If you have any more question, please contact the tutoring committee at: vita_tutoring@bapmuchapter.org STUDENTS: Making a Tutoring Reservation- To begin, please enter the student link and select a class in which you wish to be tutored in. A list of possible tutoring schedules will appear based on day and time during the week. If you find a tutoring slot which fits your schedule, select the reserve button beside the slot. Registration- You will then be directed to a login page. Students should then fill in all the fields within the login page and should submit the information. Once completed, an email will be sent to both the tutor and student. If you wish, you may contact your tutor using his email address in the email sent to you. Your tutor will also be sending you an email with more details regarding your tutoring appointment. Please coordinate with him/her.
